 What will happen to the data?

 All data within the Talent Sources 2009 – Australia Report will be anonymous in nature. Your individual survey responses will never be released. Analysis will be conducted based on a variety of attributes such as industry, organisation size, use of social media etc .

If you elect to enter our draw for a Wii or receive a complimentary report we will contact retain your email address for to contact you. Your email address will also be kept by Inspecht and Destination Talent for future communications.

When will the report be available?

The report will be available for download in June 2009. Register to be informed of the release so you are one of the first in the industry with access to this grownd breaking research.

What do you mean by number of hires?

We are looking for the total number of full time, part time and contingency labour that your hired during the calendar year 2008. Depending on the question this maybe an aggregate, or by source of hire.

How accurate does the data need to be?

We realise that many Australian organisations may not tracking in detail where their candidates are coming from, or that they have questions over the validity of the data. This is in part one of the reasons we are undertaking the survey to highlight these issues and deomonstrate the value of having the information available. While we would like to have 100% accurate data, in this initial report the best you can provide is what we are looking for.
